Dont just dump away your deffective handsfree set. I just repaired mine hehe. Its just a four wire attached on that pin. You just need a sharp blade, be careful not to include your finger. A soldering iron and thats it. You save your handsfree set. You save some of your money. You save some for your environment too.

  Every simple handsfree just using a four wire connections. Gold for the common, red for the microphone and the remaining for left and right earpiece. Much better if you do have a multimeter mate, 😊
