Morracon Chicken Tagine

Morracon food is unique in taste among the countries of the world. Morracon Food known for spicy and aromatic food. Tagine is country's most famous and traditional food. Tagine is cooking in clay pot that has an usual conical lid.

Ingredients ;

• Chicken Leg Pieces 1/2 kg

• Pearl Onions 1/3 kg

• Ginger Paste 5-6 cloves

• Garlic Paste 2-3 table spoon

• Parsley leaves 1/4 cup

• Red Pepper 2 table spoon

• Black Pepper Powder 1 table spoon

• Salt 2 table spoon

• Olive Oil 5-6 table spoon

• Freeze Lemon 1/4 cup

• Cumin Powder 1 table spoon

• Tumeric 1 table spoon

Procedure ;

• Add chicken pieces in the bowl and pour 1 table spoon olive oil in the chicken.

• Add Black Pepper in the bowl and mix it with hands.

• Keep the chicken bowl in the fridge for 15 mins.

• Take a pan and add 2 table spoon olive oil in the pan and put it on low flame.

• Add chicken pieces in the pan and let it fry from all sides until it turn light brown and done.

• Take a clay pot easily available for you. Mostly used clay pot can be view in the picture below 👇

• Add 3 table spoon olive oil in the pot and put it on low flame.

• Add Pearl onions in the poy and fry it in the olive oil.

• Add ginger and garlic paste in the pot.

• Now its time to add chili, Cumin Powder and turmeric mix it well until the onion turned brown.

• Once the onion are cooked add chicken fried Pieces in the pot.

• Add 1/4 cup water in the pot and lid it for 5-6 mins.

• Once whole substances done add parsley leaves over the Chicken Tagine and lid it for 1 minutes.

• Now put off Chicken Tagine from the stove and add lemon in it.

So, Chicken Tagine is ready to serve Food Lovers. Enjoy the traditional spicy and delicious food with your family and friends.
