It was a pretty good day in Splinterlands (https://tinyurl.com/523j22e5) as I managed to get a chest with 2000 DEC from the quest rewards. I also sold a single Kron The Undying for 460$ (before 5% commission and conversion fees) as a way to take a bit of profit. Most of my duplicate cards including 60+ Single Furious Chickens (each worth 40$+) are still leased out to players that got into the game with my affiliate link as >I'm still offering the sign-up deal. (https://hive.blog/hive-167922/@costanza/splinterlands-sign-up-promo-deal-or-free-dec-and-rentals) The Guild Brawl Shop also got introduced with a new Gladius card set. These cards can only be played in Guild battles and can't be sold even though they do have a DEC amount attached to them counting toward the collection power which they also can be burned for.) It's nice to have something new in the game to play around with the next couple of months before Chaos Legion is released. #Splinterlands

Well, players that come in 2 years from now will say that about you if you stick to the game and continue accumulating. Hopefully that is :-)

I'm guessing they are also using the Gladius set to test for balance so they can fine tune Chaos Legion before the release, perhaps. Also pulled a 2000 DEC chest today. Was getting scared all the good rewards were gone, but it appears there are still goodies to discover ;)
Yes, it only takes 1 good reward chest. Nowadays they are more rare though just because there are so fey cards left in them. congrats on the 2k DEC pull
