I pulled the trigger to automate most of my play in Splinterlands (https://tinyurl.com/523j22e5) and started to use the Archmage bot. The release in pressure of having to play for at least an hour each day has been pretty massive as I have been playing since October 2018 without missing that many days. I do fear that it's inevitable for bots to fully take over most of the matches played as more and more regular players will start using them because the crazy daily time requirement.
