This picture comes with a BIG EMERGENCY sign! Let me present you my godmother, Dana, 40 years old, a healthy and very active person. Yesterday afternoon I received a phone call from her saying she is not feeling to good and needs someone to take her to the hospital. I rushed to hospital and after a few investigations the doctor said she was fiscally exhausted and she needs a got rest to get back on her feet again. I asked what happened and she said that for the last weeks she's been very busy at work, reason that pushed her to work over time and not to eat properly. As a conclusion, we are not made from steel and our body, even if we are young has a limit. Eat properly, sleep at least 7 hours a night, drink plenty of water, relax because even if we make a tone of money they'll not be enough to buy our health! Good luck to all of you!
