Have you ever fallen in love with a gay?
I don’t have any problems with them, in fact I support the LGBTQ+ Community. I love them and I’m proud of them. 🏳️🌈
I have a habit getting attracted to gays for a reason that they’re not only neat and hardworking but intelligent and creative as well. I get so envious because they’re actually have more talents, such doing make up and they look very confident and attractive too. I can’t even do make up myself.
Anyways, on to my story.
Year 2019
During my first year in college, I was really excited and anxious at the same time. Excited to meet new people, to explore and experience the new environment and have new group of friends to hang out with. Isn’t it exciting to be a first year college student?
Okay so, me and my friends often hang outs and eat at the famous philippine fast food-chain Jollibee. We go there to get some snack, talk and spend the rest of our vacant time.
I met a guy named “Damien” who goes to the same college school as I do. He spend his vacant time working as a cashier at Jollibee. He’s a nice guy, I have a crush on him even though he’s gay. I already knew that he was, but I still adore him because he’s a hard working person.
One of my friend personally knows him and we got to know each others name, because my friend introduced me to him. My friend even took a picture of Me and Damien together. But we don’t really talk after that. But whenever we see, or we came across to each other, we both smiles to each other.
Okay, so you must be wondering?
“You already knew he was gay? What’s the point of this story?”
Yes, I know, well he’s not the guy I was talking about though. I just mentioned him because he is important to my story.
Moving on.
The story only revolves in one setting. Wanna take a guess?
That’s right “JOLLIBEE”
So you already know. Me and my friends spend most of our time in Jollibee. One day, I think it was already 12pm or maybe 1pm or in between. (I forgot the exact time) Since our class schedule was at 4 PM, we decided to eat some snack at Jollibee again, (surprise?) we only ordered some spaghetti and fries.
We look for a vacant table to sit and wait for our order to get served. Well, it’s unusual for us to wait cause usually when we order, we take our order with us before we could even walk out at the counter and look for a place to sit, but oh well, not today since the spaghetti and fries is not yet fried and cooked, so we have to wait for 15 mins
15 Minutes Later..
An attractive crew walk towards us holding a tray with our food and carefully place it on our table. I look at his name tag “Kent, What an interesting name” I though to myself. (It said on his name tag, so I assumed it was his real name)
As soon as he left. As crazy and bored as I was, I get a paper napkin, borrowed a pen from my friend and wrote “Please give Kent my regards :)” and crumpled it. I know it’s crazy idea and to be honest, It was just for fun and games until...
Minutes later, After we finished eating, another crew came to our table to clean it, he took the tray with him including my crumpled paper with my message on. I get nervous but then, I thought to myself. “Nah, they’re not gonna notice it or even read it” but inside, my heart beats fast like crazy.
For a moment I was calm and try not to overthink about the crumpled paper since, who would even read it? No one would right? Right???!!!
No! I was wrong. Haha silly me :)
I noticed my friends looks at me like they’ve seen a ghost.
“Why are guys looking at me like that?” I ask them
They point their fingers to the 3 crew reading the sentence that I wrote on my crumpled paper. My friends just laughed and make fun at me while I’m so nervous and almost fainted.
One of the crew walk towards us and asked “Excuse me? May I know who wrote this?”
I shrug then give a little scratch in my head and look away as I try to avoid his question because of embarrassment. Then my friends point their fingers at me.
“It was her, she wrote that” my friends said at the same time.
He chuckles “Oh, it’s you then? Wait a second, let me call him”
One of his crew mate drag Kent towards us and said “His name was not really Kent, he just use the name tag of out other crew mate who’s absent today, so he use uses kent name tag instead because he forgot his”
I chuckles “Oh, okay” I replied.
“So you wanted to get to know him?” One guy asked.
Before I could even replied, my friend says “Yes! Yes! Of course she would” trying to make fun of me.
I almost died of shame.
Kent held out his hand for me to shake “Noah, It’s not really Kent, nice to meet you. You are?”
I extended my hands and i swear i felt like fainting when our fingers touched, his hand was so soft like a girl’s hand. “Leigh, nice to meet you too” I replied with a smile.
He look at me and smile. I can sense it was a sincere smile and my heart beats a little faster, he’s so pretty. But then I noticed the atmosphere changes, I felt their eyes staring at me like I’m about to melt with their stares. Well maybe I was overthinking.
“Lord, please take me already. I don’t wanna be here anymore” I thought to myself, praying and begging to God because of the embarrassing situation I’ve been facing at that moment.
After 5 mins of talking, he excuses himself for he has some work to do. I understand and felt a little relief because finally, I can breathe. I smiled and replied “Okay”
After that day, I always caught him looking at me and whenever our eyes meet, we both smiled at each other.
My feeling towards him grew each day. I always eat at Jollibee to see him. I always get excited when my friends hang out in there.
He works as a crew at Jollibe. He’s still a student but goes to different university. He has a pretty face and a gorgeous smile though.
It always happen but I never assume for him to like me, even though I almost make myself believe that he has.

My friend, let’s call her “Diane”. She told me that she saw Noah hanging out with a guy last night after our Christmas Party and it’s just the two of them.
I told her that maybe it was just a dude hang out and it’s just his friend. I don’t really wanna bother myself of thinking such things.
“He was dating Damien” Diane said.
I was shock when he mentioned Damien, He can date any other guy but not my other crush, please!! I don’t wanna believe it.
“He’s Gay! Leigh! Haha, why is it that your crushes always turns out to be gay?” She laughed at me
I mean, I didn’t know that he was and besides, no one can confirm if Noah and Damien are actually dating. Maybe they’re just relatives? Right?

Disney Musical Concert Beauty and the Beast
It was the 59 Founding Anniversary of our school which they presented a Musical Concert Beauty and The Beast, which turns out to be a spectacular show. We are required to invite someone that we could go together with. It could be friend, family, anyone. I have nothing in my mind and don’t know who to bring, so I told myself that I could invite Noah which obviously didn’t happened because after everything happened, I don’t even have the guts to talk to him lol. So I invited someone else instead.
After the show, we went home and we bumped into each other. Me, Damien and Noah. I saw them together and we all just smile at each other. Well, turns out Damien brought Noah with him to the show.
At the end, my friend make fun at me and we all went home. I saw them both walking together and I feel my heart crashed. Both of my crush are gays and they are dating :)
