Makahiya plant. We went to cemetery yesterday to visit my father's grave and saw this. It was everywhere! It's really beautiful indeed. I remember before that I was afraid to step on this kind of plant because of its thorn. I love playing Makahiya plant before. I will pick some of the flowers and cook it in my kitchen utensils toys. Some of you don't know what Makahiya plant is. It was called Makahiya because when you touch it, its leaves will close. From the root word "hiya" means shy.
