Don't you see that cost is simply going somewhere in the range of 19k and 23k during a downtrend and without any indications of gathering? If you have any desire to purchase here, go for it. Then, at that point, don't think twice about it and cry assuming the market makes new lows, which is possible. I'm not accepting.
