Email I sent to a Trust company that disallowed BTC & ETH investing. One year ago, I tried to help a friend get some of her Trust allocated into $GBTC & $ETHE (Grayscale BTC & ETH investments). The Trust company denied my request. I recently followed up and despite Bitcoin's price run up, they still will not allow Bitcoin investing. Here is their email & my reply.
