No One Understands Crypto

No one understands crypto. That's not hyperbole. That's fact. Coin Fugazi is an attempt to get at the truth about cryptocurrency. Our name is taken from a late 20th century Washington, DC punk band, Fugazi. It's an acronym to abbreviate the phrase **f**ucked **u**p, **g**ot **a**mbushed, **z**ipped-**i**n, and was popularized during the Vietnam War. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fugazi

The goal was to avoid a fugazi, a pretty terrible situation. In our estimation, that's where crypto is at now. We're giving homage to the musical group of that era, known for their integrity and honesty, with the lofty guiding mission of trying to better understand crypto without getting rekt or hurting anyone in the process. We don't have all the answers. We don't trust anyone who claims they do.
