A Few Good Men

This morning I continue watching a movie that our professor tasked us to watch since we have reporting to do out of it and questions to be answered. At first I found the title boring to watch since that kind of movies are not my type I prefer to watch those actions and fantasy movies. However as i watch more on movie I realize that it's so interesting specially its about the life of marines in United States in 1990s. I recommend this movie since it's so beautiful and there's a lesson out of it. For now, I'm gonna spoil what are the things can be found in movie and I hope it might caught your attention to watch it also. The movie start when there's a young private man in navy which staying on his room when suddenly there are men entered in his room then tie his arms and legs then there's a rag putted on his mouth.

After that the next scene moves to one of the protagonist of the story named Commander Gallaway which appoint herself to investigate what happen on the victim named Private Santiago he asked someone who will accompany her and he choose Captain Kaffee at first they have misunderstanding due to their ego and pride however they unite and start the investigation. Captain Kaffee is also a lawyer and he's so knowledgeable when it comes to investigation. At first he's acting like a dumb in front of the accused but he's so good at making people tell the truth. He's also a little bit arrogant due to his attitude however he's determine to know the truth when they wne to Colonel Nathan to question about incident of private Santiago. The colonel said that private Santiago will be transfered in different base due to his letters however Santiago died by poisoning due to result conducted by the doctor. Captain Kaffee also found out about the code red.

I've searched on Google what it means and I saw that it's disciplinary actions given to marines before if they made big mistakes or if they disobey the rules, in code red the accused will be punished thru hazing and other heavy punishments. The main antagonist in the story is Colonel Nathan which is the commandant of the marines he's the one who ordered not to transfer Santiago and ordered to teach a lesson to Santiago using the code red. Kaffee and Galloway faced Colonel Nathan then suddenly there's a commotion that makes Kaffee pissed off that was the start that they investigate the Colonel about what happen on Santiago.

From that moment Kaffee urge to know the true happen on Private Santiago. The trial started and the witness been asked, Kaffee started from scratch since since only have speculation rather than evidence. As the trial goes by the truth unfold little by little, Kaffee is so good at asking questions and even make the judge believe on him, lots of objections been it was overruled nor sustain by the judge. There's a right hand man of the Colonel named Lt. Colonel. Markinson that showed on Kaffee and unleash the truth to him, Kaffee wants him to become the witness however he doesn't want that's why he wear his uniform then commit suicide, he's such a idiot man that has no balls.

After that incident Kaffee lost his strength to win the case, they have fights with Galloway but Sam encourage him that's why he chase Galloway and ask for forgiveness. They are now okay then continue the trial, then Kaffee realized something then he come up with the idea of looking in small detail then in an instant they found a big catch. The court called Colonel Nathan then he became the witness and the lawyer start asking questions, the Colonel is a little bit tough but Kaffee is so smart that he makes the Colonel said he ordered the code red. After that they win the case however the two accused came out from the service but they freed from the crimes that ordered to them.
