It's my first time knowing these term, for those who love to bite their nails, this the term for it. I don't know how, but biting nails gives satisfaction to others also serves as their stress reliever, I'm not a fond of biting nails cause I'm using my other hand to cut my nails in two then remove them, that's how I cut my nails if I have no nail cutter, how about you are you doing what's on photo?😅😅😅❤
