I've cooked the kamote or cassava that our neighbor gave yesterday, at first I peeled it but it hurts my nails that's why I used the knife, after that i put it on pot with water and add salt to have taste. I wait for atelast 20minutes after that it's ready to eat, it taste little salty but it suits on its taste. I dip it on sugar start dig in, there's lot remains, you want one?❤🥰
