Seems like the old system of tipping returned however there are changes and upgraded such as in setting which you can automatically give tips once you click heart. Another thing I notice is my free tips are rising every minute though there's no notification telling me that I've got a new free tip. Is this a bug or a new added on system?

Its a new system, just appreciate it I love what they did, they are keeping the tips pumping so you'd have no choice but to circulate it round the community and whosoever doesn't gets layed off some tips for a while so it's a win win situation where we tip good contents and we get tipped back.
