Here's the reason why I don't like to stare at the mirror for a long time. Our mind keeps playing on us, w feel fear if we are staring on mirror and as a result there's suddenly a reflection of us that gonna change its face into bloody one. I avoid looking at mirror at middle of the night specially if I'm alone cause I can feel fear easily.😅😅
