Its almost 1 hour and 30 minute since I started boiling this meat, it's really difficult to make them tender unlike pork that it takes 20 minutes until it became tender. I also having difficulty in slicing those meat cause they like plastics once the knife is not too sharp. I am planning to cook Pinakbet, and while writing this, I already added other ingredients and waiting for it to cook. Let's take lunch everyone.❤❤😋😅
