A a man arrested by the police due to terrorism and he killed lots of people however his attorney provide an evidence that he's been abduct and raised by the terrorist and told him that killing is good thing and he doesn't knew what is right and wrong, Is there any chance that he won't be punished with death penalty? This is a question from our activity lately. And here's my answer. There's a famous saying, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, it means he deserves to be execute and have a capital punishment. That kind of hideous crime is unforgivable in eyes of God and on the law, even if he's having an excuse that he's raised by the terrorist and doesn't knew what right and wrong, it's still a crime that deserve to be paid by death.
