I don't have enough resource credit now, I think my rc was used in uploading 3 images on my post that leads to consumption of 30% of my RC. Next time I'll add a single photo to save my RC. Hive is different from read cash, I bet read.cash is had more freedom than Hive.

But I think your remaining 13% should be enough to publish an article. I hardly use more than 10% per article and about 5% on comments
