"Missing the old but gold moments"
If I will be given a chance to turn back the time. I will surely go back to the moments when I was 5 to 6 years of age. Those were the days that I considered as my most treasured moments. I treat it like a diamond shining bright whenever the light touch it. Isn't it amazing to reminisce our childhood times? I always love recalling the moments where I am carefree and far from any stresses and problems in life. When we were younger, our parent's attention were mainly focused on us, right? Little cry. Little displeasure. And many other unpleasant things that will make our parents come to us and give some hug , comfort and also a bit of scolding.Lol. However, in my case, they didn't spoiled me at all. My siblings does not allow me to overact in every situation. They will hit me with walis tambo (broom) if I am already so annoying and irritating, Lol. (makulit kase).
Anyways, let's go back to my topic. Please allow me to share this dream to you. The main reason why I wanted to go back in my childhood days. Well, here are some of the reason why I want to go back to the time when I was five to six years of age. I want to see my father again. I've been longing to hug him and talk to him all day like we usually do. The fact is that me and my father were not close because I am a mama's boy. But the moment is different when I am with my father. I can express myself to him more than anyone else. In fact, he is the first person whom I showed my talkative side. My father loves talking to me despite of my nonsense topic. I am the type of person who will reenact the things that I am telling. And whenever I do that, he will always laugh at me and pat my head. With him, I can be myself. With him, I feel like the time is crawling. Aside from that, my also father enjoy asking me with some childish questions. I remember he always ask me the iconic question ever, "one plus one" and so on and on. Just want to flex this amazing people. However, I will cheerfully and correctly answered it. I haven't been in kindergarten but I already know the basic things that a preschooler should have. I might still be just a kid back then but I can already tell that he is so proud of me. Anyways, it was my dad who didn't allow me to study in kindergarten because he believes in my capabilities. Lol. He was really confident that I don't need it anymore because I am a smart child. It was my dad who taught me on how to read , write and solve. He patiently taught me the things that I need to learn and never gave up on me. So yeah, going back to the time where my father was still alive is one of my dream. However, I know in myself that it is impossible and will never happen no matter what I do. Its just that I really miss my father. __________________**______** To all the people who still have their parents beside them. Please never neglect them and spend more time with them. When I read your first paragraph, the first thing that comes in my mind is I don't want to go back in time. But you have a deeper reason behind it. Your father was still there to guide you, just keep on making him proud :)
Thank you, :) @Ling01
Regardless, I am still confident that your father is so proud of you right now.
Thank you lovely sequoia :) I hope he sees all my hard work.
