Do not be upset with those who dislike you and love to devalue you. Just continue to ship out work of excellence. As for those who do not like you, well, they are totally useless and unproductive if you do not give them attention.

@CoachRon

Family time is always a good time. No matter how busy your week is, never forget to create time for the people you love.

@CoachRon

Contrary to what many people think and believe, the purpose of life is not to be happy. You do not pursue happiness. Happiness is elusive. Once you have it quickly you lose it. Happiness is a by-product of living a godly life; a life of faithfulness, dedication, service, and love.

@CoachRon

It is very hard to find a successful person today who has had an easy past. The same people have learned much through life's actual experiences. A few want to be successful today without much depth and experience, so they have embellished their résumé and achievements by "LOOKING successful" than BEING successful. It is not an honest thing to do. And it does not work.

@CoachRon

Believe while others doubt. Work while others wish. Persevere while others quit. Pray and stay while others stray. It's the strength of the spirit that keeps the person alive. It's the love in the heart that gives life its purpose! (anon) God is good. In Him, we put our trust. #PassionPurposeProductivity

I'm fascinated by the idea that genetics is digital. A gene is a long sequence of coded letters, like computer information. Modern biology is becoming very much a branch of information technology.

Faith will bring you closer to your dreams. You just have to keep pushing.

@CoachRon

There was a time when leaders led with authority. Their positions and titles were badges and licenses to do so. But the world was different then. Today, if you’re not leading with compassion, then you risk losing talent because that’s what the next generation expects. Everybody hates bully bosses.

@CoachRon

Integrity will keep you in good company. It is difficult to find people of low character on the high road. Notice that those who cannot be trusted are often in the same company? They play with each other. Those who are trustworthy do not like to be with them. And when they do, they either get burnt or become like them. Be careful with the people you associate with. Scriptures say bad company corrupts good morals.

@CoachRon

Somebody says: "The more you try to impress people, the less impressed they’ll be. Nobody likes a try-hard." I tend to agree. Let your work of excellence and your service attract people instead.

@CoachRon

Why are there people who are mean? Perhaps they are not happy with themselves, and they want company. Fighting them all the time is a waste of time and energy. Be kind and respectful instead. They may learn a thing or two and change for the better? Who knows?

@CoachRon

The more you try to argue with someone, the less likely you will convince them. Most arguments are emotional in nature. They come from someone’s values or self-perceptions being violated. For any real debate to truly exist, both parties must make an honest concession to put their egos aside and only deal with the data.

Start the day with a grateful heart.
