My Love, just this once I want you to understand the rhythm of my heart Just this once, listen to my heart My love for you is indescribable, a feeling that is engulfing my soul. Every part of me is dissolved in your presence and my mind is clouded with your image. In the shadow of your love I hide securely and I'm comforted with just a thought of you. You are my daily obsession, my continual distraction. I long for your warm touch in the winter and your soothing hands in the summer. My morning is incomplete without your enchanting smile and my evening sour without your charming voice. All along I was a melting ice when I tried to suppress this feeling. And gradually I was fading like the setting sun when I rebuffed the love I have for you. The fear of rejection wouldn't let me express myself and the would be aftermath event was my captor. I prayed for courage incessantly to tell how much I love you. Each time I opened my mouth to beat this fear my heart will skip many beats in a bid to tear. Severally I tried to let go but every part would say 'No!'. The worse I dread would happen kept replaying in my head and I could only envision defeat instead. Until this moment I vow to pour all my heart to you. Unreservedly I'm expressing an eternal truth. And you may decide to disbelieve me and walk away.
