For A Child Or Grown Up, Misery Will Always Be Home
**For A Child Or Grown ups, Misery Will Always Be Home For Them** ... She said I have felt pain before I knew what it was I've felt it since fetus I had felt it before birth I felt it in the playground and it wasn't because I fell It was for some reason some reason I couldn't tell When I was eight and dark I would feel much paranoia Then on the same week I would feel the mania But I didn't know then I never cared that much I would just pray on it I would just go to some church But I have felt hopeless since I was too little I gave up long before and that just made me bitter Nightmares were normal then I found out its just me It wasn't okay to dream the things I used to see See for a child, my thoughts were too creepy I wasn't scared of death the way I was supposed to be The pink little dresses couldn't make me feel pretty Back then I was only desperate to at least feel sleepy Many nights I would sit for I felt demons around me I would feel one touching me hear them whisper slowly As a child I felt too many before I knew I could feel I felt the urge to end life before I knew I could kill Heard too many voices 'fore I knew they weren't real Now I am not a child I have learned of many things I have realized I'm a shelter for very painful feelings To finally learn I'm not okay I had to be too grown Learned all aching pains have names of their very own But in the end I came in peace with my flaws I learned to live with the aching pretty thorns I may disappear but I won't forever stay gone For a child or grown up, misery will always be home...
