This is Maggie she is my brother-in-law‘s and sister‘s dog ever time I visit them Maggie constantly goes for your heels for the first day or two I guess she wants to put me in my place making sure I realize that I don’t live there she does.

Maggie looks a very happy dog 🐶 they do like to make sure their humans are in the right place in the pecking order and all newbies have to follow the dogs rules 🧡🖤
You have that right for the first day or two she acts like she’s going to eat you alive but then all she wants you to do is throw the ball for her.

That are that she has anxiety problems she gets a little nuts when traveling like when drove up to Fairbanks she was constantly trying to crawl underneath your feet to hide.
Ah bless her, being nervous and having anxiety is not fun at all for humans or dogs.
I believe that’s why her former owners got rid of her.
I really feel for dogs who have to be rehomed, since the end of lockdown here some people who got puppies when they were stuck at home are now giving them up as they no longer fit into their lifestyle which I find really sad
That is very sad had a guy that came in with a Beautiful shepherd he rescue from somebody else had her for two years now he’s trying to get rid of her because she has emotional issues and he can’t travel with her and he’s ready to start traveling soon as he retires.
Sounds like that poor dog just needs somewhere to chill and an owner who wants to not go to far. Owning a dog is definitely a tie but you learn to adapt to what they need as well as what you want to do.
Yes if I could just get my brother a new home I would get me a dog. 😂
Love if rehome the brother and replace with a dog 🤣
