10k steps a day is my target for my daily walking and a little run. But I only take 3k steps this morning since my kids are having classes,needs to go home early but I will continue this afternoon after preparing our dinner. Anyway ,good morning people!!!!

Its raining again huhu. I went for my afternoon walk but then the rain suddenly poured.I was not expecting it will rain since the sky is clear . So it happened that I only had my 30 mins walk .

Sad to say na may mga taong ayaw lumaban Ng patas. Just a while ago ,sister inlaw's fb account was hacked and success Ang hacker/scammer kaso naka kuha siya Ng 6k ,grabe walang konsenysa kahit sino nalang hiningian Ng pera. Hasyt ,sana Hindi makatulog Yun.
