I have discovered an abandoned cat

Actually this cat has been around for a long time, but I've always thought that it's a typical outdoor cat with an owner. A few months ago one of my neighbors (most likely the owner of the cat) moved to another city, but the cat was still around and other neighbors rumored that he has abandoned his cat so I started giving it food and water. The cat became attached quite soon. It often waits for me somewhere nearby and comes meowing for some petting and food. Sometimes it's even rolling on the ground, because it's happy to see me. I was surprised that outdoor cats can be so tame, because they usually are rather shy. Even the other cats that eat some of the food sometimes don't behave like that. As soon as they see me they hide somewhere or even run away.
