The current administration of the Philippines angered its people as the decisions and actions to fight this pandemic is so slow. A lot of social issues arise and the government seems to act ineffectively. So people asked their co-citizens "Kung di ka galit, bakit?" Because there are a lot of reasons to be angry. Even if you're not affected by the situation it doesn't necessary mean you'll turn blind eye with everything.
