It's a good bye coffee for me (i hope just for now). My acidity strikes because I've been drinking too much 3n1 coffee ( those you can buy in a sachet ready made coffee). Because I have to stay awake to do my school works, and I eat not on time again. If you're an old user and followed me for a long time, maybe you'll remember I got sick too because of weakened immune system caused by stress and that's because of acads again. That's why, I told myself to take care of my health first (because I know my body is weak) before anything else bcoz whenever I get sick, mom always worry a lot and I feel really guilty :< So that's why I have this hep lock, thank to those who wish me well♥️ I appreciate it and please learn from me😅 learn to take care of your health.
