Sometimes people need to hear something positive about them. Just be honest and don't sugarcoat lies. If you think that person is really not kind, think of at least one good thing about him or her. Even the most trivial thing can make a person happy or change for the better. I received this message from my junior and this is how I replied. I met him once but I talk to him through chat whenever he needs help about acads or sometimes just some sort of advice from his senior. I meant every word I said and I really think he's a good person.
