My own version of chicken adobo hihi🤗 This is one of the version that I like haha. So we want to have some sauce and we also want the chicken to be a lil bit fried here's what I did. I added enough water then put salt and soysauce and everything let it boil until the chicken gets soft then I put the sauce in a separate bowl.
