Before It Sinks In

Deferred in the air, Moonshine-soaked, starlight-draped. Wistful gazed soothing deep breath, Chasing heart beat in a hanging thread. Eyes on the splotch of metallic ink. Almost dipped in the pond of brokenness. Gently breaking beads of voices. Waking the next day with scribbles of memories. Like daisies lied on a stranger’s harbor before he disappeared. One word that makes me dance around a sonnet of you. Rushing back from hidden underneath a metaphor. Encoding letters using tears with stamp of resentment. Shutting my eyes and find new home. **Before it sinks in, let me take the anguish in.**
