I got myself a new MacBook yesterday and had to spend the entire day moving just my settings over with all my applications and passwords, what an absolute pain that was I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy We often take for granted all the things we login to automatically these days and having to set them all up makes me realize how bad I am at managing all my accounts and passwords I still need to move over all my files, which is a pain for another day I just put that onto an external drive in the mean time I couldn’t bother to move it over The new MacBook doesn’t have the old USB port only USBC so I had to transfer things via wifi since I don’t have those adaptors. Apple really know how to get on your tits and make things hard for their users sometimes
