CZ had a $22 OTC offer from FTX to settle for Binance held FTX and he decided not to take it in order to send a clear message to Sam about who is the boss, hurt a competitor, and create max pain / chaos. FTX & Sam are the ones in crypto sphere closest to DC, US senators and regulators. Expect retribution. If you decide to attack an enemy, make sure to finish them off.
