LBRY lost the court case against the SEC and the court ruling recognized it as security. This creates a bad precedent to be used in court against other crypto like Ripple and Ethereum. Let's see how things will go from here on.

Oh yes it has! 😂😂 Time goes by differently in crypto space.. 😅
Definitely not a good outcome, however, to be expected in the case of LBRY. I don't think Ripple for example will have the same "fate" as it's backed by big business & Wall Street such as Morgan Stanley, the WEF just to name a few.
