As we get older We experiencing some changes, In our life, In our health. Done my ECG exam. Not good result. Next will be my chest x-ray. For past few months I feel exhausted even doing some easy job or task, Almost everyday. Now thinking about my health, Makes me worry for what will happen to me. Hope it's just a wake up call to take good care of my body, as well as my health. Whatever we do We need to prioritize our health, after all No one will help us. It's only me, my…
