In our traditional medicine, garlic is attributed to many medicinal properties due to which it is increasingly cultivated and used in various ways. Some praise it and use it regularly as food, while others are not in favor of it and avoid it, because they cannot come to terms with its unpleasant, penetrating and long-lasting smell. However, when a favorable opportunity arises, it is rare that an opponent, with a good meal, will reject young garlic as a salad or freshly peeled chen as a spice. Even the greatest gourmets occasionally know about an extremely simple lunch of hard bread, coated with olive oil and richly sprinkled with crushed garlic, which is a real feast. To remove the unpleasant smell of garlic, use it with a lot of parsley. Eat a few leaves, and the smell of onions will disappear.

I also like garlic but I can't stand it, after that my stomach hurts, but when I feel someone's bad breath it's better not to eat it, and I've heard that the smell is removed if we eat parsley
