When barbecue is mentioned, I first think of cevape. When I was a child, and my mother was away from home for a few days, my father used to take my sister and me to a tavern for cevape. Each end has its own recipe for kebabs, and they vary in shape as well as taste depending on the meat from which they are made. I love it in all variants, with onions and crushed peppers in a bun.
