Every day the same question and the same thinking .... what to prepare for the family for lunch. What meat, what vegetables, what cake and so on indefinitely. And then I remember how my grandmother always cooked meatless lunch. Meat was eaten only a few times a year. they had animals, but they could not eat the whole pig in two days, and there were no refrigerators or freezers. In winter, there was a little more meat, because the meat dried in the smoke, so it could last longer. Vegetables from the garden, smell nice and without meat is tastier, ego this today with meat .....
