Market, lunch, a little playing with the grandchildren, and I also had to visit a friend who broke her arm. She lives alone, so her friends and I decided to help her. I took her lunch today, washed some dishes, spread something around the house ... because with one hand she can't do anything ... and that hurt her right arm even more.
