The headline in the newspaper that I just read, "The sea around the Faroe Islands is red again - the massacre of almost 1,500 dolphins", shook me and I wondered what kind of consciousness the people who are doing it ... Even the most ardent admirers of traditional whaling have condemned the massacre of almost 1,500 dolphins near the Faroe Islands as a "cruel and unnecessary". Before that, the dolphins were forced to swim in the shallows of the beach, where they fought for hours and tried unsuccessfully to save themselves before they were killed. Even many residents of the Faroe Islands, most of whom view hunting as part of their cultural heritage, have expressed disgust. Everyone is horrified by what happened, because the dolphins struggled for a long time before they were killed. photo from the internet
