From days gone by. A dairy farm and corn field behind my house. Snapped on a hot August day. Now there are homes here. The dairy farm was sold. All gone. But sometimes money is chosen over the farms. I understand they have to survive. I miss my cow neighbors but I can go down the road and visit others. I used to live at a old Farmhouse over 100 years old and it’s set right smack in the middle of a cornfield we had corn and sometimes it would change to soybean fields I remember as a kid there in a winter time the geese would flock the fields by the thousands This was in Delaware.
