Okay, I won't apply because I can't. Yes, I can't apply for this time unless I can provide, the charger for my laptop. I have the universal charger that can only be used while the unit is at rest (shut down), it can not be used while it's working. The reason is that the WATTs on the charger is not matched with the laptop's battery. For now, I will just use it for entertainment only. heheheh
