What you guys used to drink or eat while having sorethroat's noisefam? anything I have eaten really hurts my throat guys and it makes me feel weak but I'm carrying though and still on duty. 😬

warm water bhe, try mo din mag gargle ng warm water with salt. Strepsils din suki ako nun hehe
