Am I the only one notices this read.cash and bitcoin.com wallet, whenever I received an upvote, once I checked it on my wallet, like 10% of it is deducted. Is it a new transaction policy of bitcoin.com guys?

I did not notice for now since my earning are low
It's been 3 days since I noticed it. Maybe it's about time to change a wallet and direct it to coins.
