Happening now, a police patrol car was hit by a public jeepney, the patrol car entered on a one way road without any emergencies. Now the question is, who's right or wrong in the situation for you guys? For me, i'll take my side on the jeepney driver for the sole reason of a one way road but I'm not good on law, about priorities in road emergencies., Especially government services.!
