Why worry?

Today, as I was reading a book, I found something very timely (part of a poem). So here it is:

What's the use of worrying?

It never was worth a while,

So, pack up your troubles in your old kid bag,

And smile, and smile, and smile.

It's very timely because of what's happening right now all over the world. The pandemic that caused us anxiety, fear and the like. I know it's hard but all we have to do now is to accept it, as it will become part of our new normal that's why we should not let this pandemic affect our mental health.
