Summer is coming and it’s now the time to make plans for this exciting part of the year. While adventures are side by side, there are things that we need to prepare first before diving into the water and running under the sun. The hot weather may give us thrill and enthusiasm but this could also bring us something bad if we didn’t put enough care.

Consume sufficient fluids, non-alcoholic, of course, despite of your amount of physical activity. Don't delay till you're thirsty or dehydrated before you drink something. This top-tier advice is certainly not new and too cliché but it’s one of the most important things to remember. Remember, we need to replace the water that our body is using throughout the day.

In order to not be bored or demotivated in doing this, here are some tips that I could give:

• Get yourself a personal tumbler or mug of your choice, one that you’ll prepare each time.

• You can put lemon or lime or any other kind of fruit to get additional health benefits and to improve its taste.

Note: Abstain from eating drinks that include alcohol or high amounts of sugar, since these will actually cause us to lose greater fluid than you would otherwise. Also, keep away from incredibly cold beverages because they can aggravate stomach cramps.

Moreover, stay indoors, and if at all possible, take shelter in an air-conditioned setting. Instead of staying at home when your house does not have air conditioning, go to the mall or the public library–even a few hours spent in air conditioning can aid your body stay cooler when you return home to the heat.

There are schedules for outings but it shouldn’t be done every day especially so that the weather at the present time has become more unsafe. Keep your body cool most of the time. Here are some helpful and effective tips in dealing with this matter:

• Dress in loose-fitting, light-colored garments made of natural materials such as cotton, linen, and silk. Semi-synthetic fabrics like as rayon and modal can also be worn to keep the body cool in warm weather.

• If you're going to be in direct sunshine, keep your cool by wearing a hat with a wide brim and sunglasses. You can even carry a parasol or an umbrella alongside you.

Intense heat can result in heat-related illnesses, including heat stroke and even death in some cases. When people's bodies are unable to effectively cool themselves, they develop heat-related sickness. People over the age of 65, children under the age of five, and those with chronic medical issues are particularly vulnerable to heat-related illness and death.

That being said, I suggest for you all to have a sunscreen in your bag during the summer. If you wish to slow down the appearance of the symptoms of aging on your skin or if you have hyperpigmentation, it is essential that you wear sunscreen on a consistent basis.

Any active component you may be utilizing to combat hyperpigmentation will be rendered ineffective if you are not wearing sunscreen daily. It is simply the way things are.

The most crucial reason to wear sunscreen, on the other hand, is to prevent skin cancer from developing. Sun damage is cumulative and self-reinforcing: if you don't worry about aging or hyperpigmentation, it's completely acceptable; nevertheless, if you don't want to use sun protection, you should be aware of the potential consequences.

In our country now 70% of winter and 30% of summer is spring. Everyone's body is getting worse in this condition. From infancy to adulthood. My skin is getting worse. A condition that does not even want to drink water. In fact if we love ourselves then we have to take care of our body in advance. You have to consider yourself as good and beautiful. No one will come and do it.

Time really seemed to fly past. Imagine, malapit na ulit mag-summer. Last year, I wasn't able to go out but hopefully this time I can visit some beaches. I would note these ideas. Thank you!
