The Yumurí Valley in Matanzas is one of the most impressive landscapes in Cuba. It is bordered by a 150 meter high mountain range and covers approximately 8 thousand hectares. Along with the Bellamar Caves, the bay and the Loma del Pan, it is one of the four most important geographical features in that province.
