TAKOYAKI A Japanese recipe literally translated means 'octopus fried', but they aren't just fried octopus coz they are tiny, piping hot balls of batter filled with green onions, veggies, crispy tempura bits and octopus. The sauce is also a little sweeter than other Japanese brown sauces, offsetting the saltiness of crispy golden fried takoyaki balls perfectly!
