  you would have to prove you are an Australian Residence for starters can’t remember if we did KYC in 2017 or not but never used. Keep sending us stuff we entered all the family, using their real enail

    Yeah I have the residency, just not living there ATM. So if they require a proof of address I would stuck in the mid of the process. That's why I wanted to clarify
