Publish0x has just introduced Super Tips, X100 the normal tip. There's a 0.1% (1 out of 1,000) chance to get the Super Tip for each of ETH, AMPL, and SPOT. That means 3 every 1,000 tips (every 333rd tip on average) tipped to an author's post will be a Super Tip. Seems like a waste of tips. Can any one enlighten me please.
